Our shop has the latest CMC spray booth with double fans to cater for overhead and under-floor filtered extraction. Unusual in South Africa is another scissors-lift fitted in the spray booth that enables us to spray the side and other panels at the bottom of vehicles. After spraypainting and an appropriate flash-off time, the vehicle is left in the spray booth to bake at 60°C for 45 minutes. This allows the painted surfaces to be properly cured before final polishing and assembly by our qualified and highly trained staff.
